As reported earlier at the Juneau Empire, Governor Palin helped out some Juneau-area Girl Scouts at a local Fred Meyer store (it's like Wal-Mart, just better) over the weekend. A couple weeks prior, the Girl Scouts had been robbed of about $800 of their earnings at the Fred Meyer loaction. The awesome manager gladly replaced the lost dollars for thr girls, and Governor Palin helped to bring in nearly $4000 worth of cookies sold!
Thanks, Guv!

you has a natural charisma that many politicians would envy.
If they didn't have her I bet the Girl Scouts wouldn't have made as much money as they did with her there. So sweet of her to come out and help! :)
Just found ya and added you to my blogroll. We're all in this thing together! :-)

Makes me kind of sick to my stomach, actually...
What makes you sick? Girl scouts selling cookies w/ help from the state CEO? Or girl scouts in general? Surely not the latter...
Here is a state CEO who can actually SELL things, unlike the new CIC and Chairman of GM - except for selling out future down the river.
As for the Girl Scouts, I personally do not support an organization that creates perpetual victimized femi-nazis not confident young women:

As for Governor Palin, I'd be happy to shake her hand, but I'm not buying those inedible cookies.
