Look, no offense to Jordan Leopold (D), but he just wasn't worth the hefty price tag. The Avs got two more d-men and a draft pick out of the deal... Are more in the works? I hope so.

A BETTER FIT?

Defenseman Jordan Leopold started his pro career with the Flames in the 2002-03 season. He got traded to Colorado in 2006, but didn't fare as well there.
